The fact they purposely blacked out part of the name leads me to think this was a real keyboard.

The number 3120 appears at the upper left of the keyboard.

The number 727 appears to upper right of the keyboard.

Initially I thought it might have been a 1980's ...

s. The orthogonal layout and the alphabetic order of the keys struck me as odd too.

It was filmed in Canada by Atlantis in 1986-87 if that offers any clues.

I have searched everywhere I can think of to find this.

I figure if anyone can figure out what type of keyboard this is it is you guys!
