]I'm pretty sure you're wrong, I've used the LUFA stack for about 18 months and I'm like 95% sure I've had NKRO working in that time. I can double check when I get home, I don't have aqua/switch hitter at the office.

I think by default in TMK you can turn on NKRO by pressing and holding both shifts and pressing N. There is a way to have it activated by default but I can't remember how off the top of my head.

edit - I'm fairly sure it's in the TMK firmware FAQs on github now that I think about it.
