Did you end up trying this? I'm thinking of doing the same and want to know if the extra modiers send keycodes to karabiner, etc. before I purchase. I would be awesome to have the extra mods and small spacebar

I love it....if only the extras were on the left! Like so:
<7 hours pass in Photoshop.....> Imagine also that the arrow keys are there on the right. I couldn't edit that together
Maybe via split shift or something like this : This would be awesome.

Re the earlier layout discussion:
I'd love a board w/ the vertical depth of a 60 yet has F-keys but no numpad on the right. Basically a 60 + left side F-columns or left side num/fn/macro block.

Why? A right side num pad forces the mouse to the right. This not only causes me tremendous shoulder RSI ...

Would you mind sharing your XML file for remapping the Poker II to a HHKB layout? Do you end up with the Poker II Fn and Pn keys as dead keys?
