What are fair prices for Cherry 81-3000's? I was buying some here and there because I wanted nicer keycaps for my Quickfire. I realised too late that some of the caps were incompatible.

I bought a Highscreen one thinking/hoping it was a doubleshot, turns out it was just a nice lasered one.

I recently got a second model M. It's a 1391401 made on 01-10-1992 in the Usa. The text (ie Home, End, PgUp etc) below the digits on the numpad have a lightbrown colour.

This differs from my UK 1995 made model M, where the text on the numpad is black. Is the lightbrown colour something that is ...

I came across a Cherry G81-3000SAB. The board itself is yellowed a bit and has a few marks I can't clean easily. Sadly, two of the arrow keys are pretty scratched up. Also the N has some dents in it and the Enter key is shiny. The rest of the keycaps are in good condition.

I only collect old IBM, old Cherry and custom boards. Cherry primarily. My guidelines for Cherry are :

-If it has doubleshot or dye-sublimation caps and it's in good condition, consider it.
-If it is very rare, consider it.
-If it is NIB, consider it.
