Just a quick update. MD support just sent me an email telling me that they are about to send me the replacement keycaps.

Still looking for those fr caps R2 in green in picture if someone has them to trade/sell !

You are not alone in having received some weirdly printed caps and not received some at all. I'd suggest you contact massdrop and let them sort the issue out.
