Oh you guys are killing me... All these nice pictures of switches and those SPH keys just sitting there receiving no love...
Heartbreaking... If there was any of those available, they would certainly find a loving, appreciative home on a board or two of mine. Might even have company with the grab ...

Some even get vacuum bags and pay 230 Euro pickup fees. Lucky few. I will just have to put up with my switches and keys. Eventually. Last time I asked, 7bit screamed toilet filler. Not sure if I want to ask again. :O

I saw at one point a tool that was used to easily take the top off switches to lube, alter, etc. Happen to know where to get those?

How is the quantity of grays going? I figured they are not that common and just trying to get an idea of when you think some will be ordered.

Are you going to wait for the grays before shipping my order? - Is ok with me if you would like. I am fine with waiting on everything until you can include in one package to save you shipping trouble.

It's all automated on keywords and correct forms. If you follow the instructions spot on it should get back to you with a reply in a couple days. I know mine took a couple days to post right but it is just timed updates to the detail by the bot. Thinking about it I would not want to mark things ...

NM Finally figured it out. Default layout for the HHKB P2 was GB which thinking now makes sense. Changed the /etc/default/keyboard to US from GB and then no variant (was extd) then removed the lvl3 options and made the win keys control keys with altwin:ctrl_win.

Should't have to, check your dip switches. I use debian and OpenBSD, both fine here. It also sometimes gets plugged into an ubuntu system and all good there.
Could you check your HHKB P2 and tell what you have for dip switches? I have 1,2,3 on and 4,5,6 off and it is using the HHKB config. Still ...

Those keycaps.... I think I stopped breathing for a minute there. Takes me back to working on Mini's and wacking memory racks with a 2x4 and a hammer to "refresh the connection" in the the slots. Thanks for sharing.

I saw that GB and would even love to get in on it but we would like to have legends on the keys. That GB is for blanks which you can just go by them from the Signature Plastics site exactly what you want if that was the desire. I did send some notes out asking if I was too late for some others that ...
