It just takes time to get used to them...They are definitely a lot different than Cherry MX....For typing I don't know if there is anything better..I like Cherry switches but after using Topre, Cherry MX switches feel rather harsh...I prefer Cherry for gaming though..

You can find harder o-rings that are thicker...There are some on Amazon, etc..The harder o-rings will not change the feel as much and they'll reduce travel...

Pretty sure the G710+ o-rings are thinner and harder than what you'll get from WASD. Or in the least, pretty sure they're thinner than either the blue or black O-rings from WASD and they're harder than the reds.

The G710+ is actually relatively quiet even without o-rings..which is probably why ...

If you're gaming it won't matter if the pressure is different than your model M. They're not so hard to press that you'll notice it while pounding away during gaming...The blacks are quite nice for gaming, I think the reason why people have gone off them lately is strictly because they're tiring to ...
