Update to show the nice thickness of the caps:

It was a TRIUMPH/ADLER Modell BSM 100 SC, The Spacebar is actually 8 units when the caps are mounted, it just looks bigger becuase the caps were lying so close together.

The profile matches the standard Cherry one (it had kinda MY switches underneath).

I just got my hands on one of that card-reading keyboards with german layout and nkro, the only thing I am currently missing is the windows key, which is the reason why I'm looking for a way to add those keys by myself.
