With the pro micros it's either one or the other, 5v/16mhz or 3.3v/8mhz. There is no easy way to modify the pro micros. You would have to desolder ...

A DPDT (on-off-on) switch would work. Just wire the leds to the other set of terminals.

Grendel's BootHID is in that thread. You'll need an ISP to flash it or change fuses. You'll also need winavr or avr tool chain to compile them.

With Grendel's BootHID bootloader on a blue pro micro, I can get tmk to jump to bootloader with 'magic key'+pause. The same config (adjusted for 4k boot area size) with the bootloader and fuses it came with just reboots.

You'll need more pins if you want to do a 104/5 full sized keyboard. 18 pins in a 9x9 matrix (which maximizes possible keys) can only do 81 keys.

Do anyone here use a pro micro with soarers converter? Thinking of buying a bunch of them for it.

Plastics/rubbers can interact when in contact. I have a spare rubberdome keyboard incase of emergencies that has the cable wrapped around the keyboard. The cable has melted groves into keyboard and some of the keys. The keyboard has basically just sat for a few years with no movement.

Will it have dots, bars or none for F&J keys? And if not dots any option to get color matched blanks with dots?

Do you mean that The SP-profile keycaps aren't the same? (A fn# row filco/WASH is taller than a Fn# row SP keycap). This is, unfortunately one of the drawbacks of SP. They also don't match with cherry.
