Yeah, that top row does have a bit of discoloration. The picture makes it seem more exaggerated than it looks IRL. I can see it if I hold it up to very bright lights and at a pretty steep angle. The build quality looks to be about the same as a model m, tough heavy plastic and similar overall weight ...

Ah, must not be the same one. The one I found had skcl greens and was on eBay.
