Actually my plan was to buy the Mac version (cheaper) changing the keycaps (blank set).
I don't think I should have any problem but I wanted to double check, these keyboards are quite expensive

Yes but changing the keyboard layout (from the system settings) should fix it, am I wrong?

I am wandering the difference between the Das Keyboard 4 Professional for Mac and the "normal" one.
Are the keycaps the only difference between the two keyboards?

Did anyone test it on a Linux or Windows machine?

In other words: would I get a "normal" one changing the keycaps ...
