Antique boards are being finished, and will soon be up on txkeyboards. Get yourselves some very unique boards guys! I think he is making the whole product line (judging by photos).

I have tried recording some typing videos as well, and the microphone, if resting on the desk or suspended to the desk, will have low frequencies from vibration that isn't representative of what you actually hear while typing. In my experience, this could be a bassy type of sound, maybe that's what ...

Funny enough, HHKB is the only manufacturer that I know of (which aren't many, to be fair) that actually dampen their spacebars. There's a piece of rubber protruding the top piece beneath the spacebar - kind of unique. As for how much good it actually does, well...

An old lady put up a Siemens Nixdorf for sale, which intrigued me so I asked for a few more photos to see if it could be a board with Nixies, but the pictures she sent me are absolute potato.

They would if it wasn't such a funky layout, I don't see anyone interested in it for only the keycaps, I'd rather think somebody would like to use this keyboard as is.

No, just a standard KT rubber dome, no slider. That model is fairly common. Some people praise KT rubber domes, but I'm not one of them.
