Ah the benefits of browsing all versions of ebay while bored at work! I'm glad it all worked out for you and the board was in good shape all things considered! Aside from the numpad it doesn't look like the keycaps are too shiny too, definitely a bonus.

Greetings - I'm wondering how much g80-1000s usually go for these days. Either ANSI or ISO (qwerty layout). Considering searching for one for my retro pc set up (windows 98).

White Alps in good shape may fit what you're looking for. Relatively stiff and very tactile with a nice click - not as smooth as blue alps but theyre a lot more affordable! Black Space invaders had a nice click too, although I didn't like the double click with every press.
