Either [wiki]Micro Switch SC Series[/wiki] or [wiki]Micro Switch ST Series[/wiki] depending on a) if it clicks, and b) random, since SC and ST series seemed to have been mashed together.
Upon closer inspection it does say MICRO on the switches on one side. Don't have a macro camera/lense handy so ...

I just found this keyboard while scavenging my parents basement, might have used it 20+ years ago myself but don't really have any solid memories of it. It has a DIN-5 plug which isn't seen in the pictures.
